I surfed the web and cannot find what % of damage black arrow does from the 4 pc. Is it a set damage, or is it a % based on how much your black arrow does. and if someone could tell me the % of damage it takes into account. 5%/10%/15%, etc...

I ask this before here, one answer I got is 1.5 tick of BA damg. dun know correct or not.

Nor is it really great dmg. IMO, better off just getting the 2pc bonus and getting raid drops in place of the tier pieces.

your better off getting the Conquest legs, gloves, chest, shoulders. with the tier helm is what your better off getting.
