The "CSI Effect" is a real thing. People are so blinded by fictional portrayals of CSI work, that jurors in actual trials have begun demanding higher levels of forensic proof, much of which is an unrealistic expectation (like the one above). Guess "a jury of their peers" means we can now only ever try stupid people

About the pic above: I first thought it was rhetorical that a picture being an engineer was what was funny. But then I saw her hand. Pretty retarded lol. She's either bad or they just got her as a model to take the picture.
