Random Dungeon 5% buff bugged? :(

Sometime's while im in a random i see that sneaky buff...

But then i do another and, it disapears!
Im just wondering if Blizzard plan on fixing this or if i can do anything to fix this.

You mean the buffs where you have to pay an archaeology fragment of any chosen race? I usually pay it for the party, but i'd rather use them for archaeology projects.

if some one turns in an archaeology keystone it will give a buff to the group.

aah i thougnh you ment the low level 5% you get sometimes (not sure if im right here...)

It's called Luck of the Draw, http://www.wowhead.com/spell=72221, given only if you were in random group. So you won't have it in guild run.

I think he meant the buff you always get in a random dungeon group, that increases health, damage and healing and absorption done by 5%.
i do not have a clue however if it is bugged.
