Soul Siphon not working ?

Hi guys

I've picked the 2 Soul Siphon points in the AFF tree and my drain life numbers are still the same , i tested my drain life running as Destro or Demo and the numbers are still the same....

Am I missing something or is it because I did my test on dummies?

You're probably right but it clearly says ''increases the amount drained by your drain life''

Prior to wrath, "the amount drained" meant damage and healing both as they were the same number. They just didn't change the tooltip after they made the heal % based.
