How are you getting hit-capped for raids?

I dont have an issue. I still have 3 quest greens, not ready for raids for a long time, but I'm almost at the hitcap. In the worst case, its just to reforge some stuff to hit, or gem for it. But so far, dungeon blues gives me the hit I need

Those gems will break my Meta requirement. I currently have 3 red gems and 4 blue gems. Putting in a Reckless will break my meta.
