Transmution Master Alchemist

I currently am a potion master. Is there a way to change to Transmution master?

go to cenrarion refuge in zangarmarsh (outland), speak to one of the women (not sure her name) pay 150g to drop potion mastery, then fly to the stormspire in netherstorm (outland) and speak to the transmutation master (one of the ethereal guys)
