No Weapon Enchant Graphics on PVP weapons? Winning Rateds but Losing Rating?

hey folks. just got my Vicious Pike today, applied Mighty Agility (+130) to it, and the enchant graphic does not show. It's superficial, I realize, but works fine on my PVE staff. Wondering if anyone has experienced this deficiency on other Vicious Weapons, or if this is a bug specific to this particular weapon. It appears their are alot of buggy things PVP atm, so am not sure. Like my resi trinket tooltips stating that they "cannot be used in rated battlegrounds" when they clearly can.

Also, only did a few rated matches tonight, but went 6-0. When the battleground ended each time i showed a respective increase in rating each match. Yet when i wrapped up and looked at my personal rating for the evening, it shows that I have actually LOST rating compared to when I started the night (even though i won 6 matches in a row). What gives?

Yes, hence the word "superficial" (although given the grammatical acumen indicated by your response, it is quite possible the meaning evades you). This doesn't make me any less curious if other players are experiencing it as well. But cookies for your valuable input.
