How does /guildinfo works exactly?

Hello!

I'm running a guild and Second in Charge, and now I found out this commad, /guildinfo, which gives you the number of characters and number of accounts.

The problem is, I don't understand how it works, since I can manually find about 10 to 12 different persons on different accounts, yet the account number is at 9. These 12 persons are clearly not the same account...

So yeah. Why do I find 12 different players that can be logged at the same time yet the number of accounts is 9?

Could someone explain me how it works?

Possibly it counts battle.net accounts. Unsure.

Rather sure it's bugged, my guild shows 2 accounts, and we're running with two 10 man teams + reserves :/
