Exorcism + HoPow macro

Is it possible for a macro to be made that casts Inquisition every time I use Exorcism with a AoW proc, but only cast Inquisition if there is HoPow available, and not cast Inquisition at all if it is already active but just cast Exorcism instead? Thanks.
Er, thread should really have been called Exo + Inq macro, but eh.

Not possible. Macros cannot make decisions based on buffs or the status of your power bar(s).
