as the title suggest i cant decide, spell power proc or the +321 int on the mirror, other trinket is volcano card

The mirror is obviously better dps wise but the question is would you be able to get to hit cap if you use it?

yea im hit capped, didnt know if it was worth it cause my dps seemed to go down after i started using it
