Wierd Buff even when alone

I have noticed a new buff, even when solo, Spell Warding, or Soul Warding, it reduces magic damage by 2%. Where is that coming from? I can't figure out if it is a trinket or talent or racial or what... any one have a clue? Im shadow priest BTW.

Disc Talent, 2nd tier, second from the right.

It's from the Inner Sanctum talent (in the Discipline Tree).

Thats Twin disciplines, and It increases MY damage and healing by 2%.. I'm talking about a buff that decreases the magic damage I take.
