Q about Maloriak's cast times

I read somewhere that CoT and numbing poison work on Maloriak and help increase his cast time. Is there any evidence of this? If so, has anyone tried using Necrotic Strike? I assume that would work as well.

They all work, as does Mortal Strike. However, best way to deal with Remedy is to get a mage to spell steal it for imba healage :P CoT also worked on Sindragosa, so it should work on all bosses, iirc.

It does, my guild used CoT to slow his casts when we killed him this week. It's still tricky to interrupt tough.

We had our rogue applying Mind-Numbing poison to his thrown weapon and FoKing to keep it up on the boss. Seemed to work out well enough.

We only keep up COT when we plan on doing interupts, our warlock keeps up other spells when we're releasing groups. Purge, Spellsteal or Shieldslam should remove remedy. Spellsteal is amazing for it because it allows you to keep a burn phase the entire fight.
