Foundation is a mature players (18+) guild formed to create a friendly, helpful environment for all of its members. We are a community (and not just a place where people log in, say 'hello', 'ding', and 'goodnight',) where we can all be mates, and not have to worry about any watersheds. Basically, a home away from the pub! Above everything else, we want people to have fun when they log in, whether they're running instances, helping each other with quests, or just relaxing and chatting after a hard day at work.
All input into the running of the guild is very much appreciated, and in some respects, expected. It is a community so everyone is expected to pitch in from time to time.
This guild already excists for 5 years on the Alonsus Alliance side.
Guild Aims
We are what we would call a Casual Raiding Guild. We will not force you to raid a certain amount of times a week, or even log in for a certain amount of hours per week.
Our focus is on building up a strong core of team players. We raid on latest game content and we try to have guild progression as much as a casual guild can have. We are not looking for people that only care to down their next boss and characters that can only think of their gear. We like to have a friendship base to build up our guild.
If you are looking for a casual guild that will raid a few times a week and that offers friendship, a laugh or two and are willing to help us achieve this, then this is the guild for you.
Foundation is a place to stay and not a stop before your next step.

Guild Structure
Foundation likes to keep a flat, informal structure. To this end, we simply have Guild Leader Char, Officers, Guardians, Members, Initiates and Alts. There is no effective difference between a 'Member' and a 'Guardian' in the guild rankings.
Though there will always be a guild leader, the guild management will in reality consist of an officer 'council' who will make all decisions relating to the guilds policies.
We are currently in Blackwing Descent(Normal 10 man) and to make sure we progress nicely and smooth we need some more help. Especially from below mentioned classes and specs:

Druid Feral Tank
Shaman Resto
We do like people that are mature(18+), who knows their class and have a bit of raiding experience.
We raid 4 nights a week, Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun from 8.30 ST till 23.30 ST.
