Guild needs me to go shadow

So last night my GM told me that I'm going to have to go shadow because we're picking up another holy priest. I wasn't very happy about this because I spent all the time since release getting holy gear. So I try it out and my dps is horrid, of course cause I'm in healing gear. I reforge some stats and regem/enchant and top at 9.6kdps on the raid dummy. Can I get some opinions on how I can change my items to help increase my dps? My trinkets are obviously needing to be changed but other than that can I get much more than 9.6-10k dps with the gear I'm currently using?

Armory below some insight would be much appreciated! I've checked the EJ forums on spriests and the spriest guide on here and all the information posted there I've pretty much absorbed, it's just painful doing 2-3kdps less than everyone else right now and I'm wondering if it's something I'm doing or if it's just my gear.
