"Ready Flash has been added to the race icons." 4.0.6 patch notes What does this mean? New archaeology race? The mysterious Hat and mining pick finally coming to use?
I imagine it's some kind of indicator that lets you know you have enough fragments to solve that race's current artifact.
It's probably the light highlighting that they have for spells on actionbars but around the race pictures on the race archeology page
