Low Dps need help plz!

Hi guys im fire spec 3/35/3 and im having problems with my dps here is my rotation i use is Scorch-living bomb-Flame orb- then fireball until pyro proc, it seems that when im in heroics i can do about 8k dps and same goes for raids, im hit capped. (17%)
