Gear or is it me?

Hey well basically raiding back with my old guild, i feel like my dps is lacking, obviously my gear is far behind theirs but is it me or am i being held back by gear? i feel i know boomkin pretty well at this point have the priority down but still pulling low numbers

first off get rid of all your PVP gear, the rest you should look up on Icy-Veins they have great guides on how to max your dps.

Am I missing something here? 155K is amazing for that level of gear. You should have no problem with any of the T15 content pulling those numbers.
