for that it would be the delivery of the last vial of deadly vampire-poison in Blade (1). that was way cool ;-)
as for movie...there are too many which i find outstanding to tell..

Princess Mononoke defintly ranks up there for me as one of my favorite movies, as does the original Star Wars trilogy.

Overall, Freddy Got Fingered. Tom Green is hilarious, and that movie cracks me up to no end. Yes I'm serious.
Ton's of good movies listed in this thread though. Have to agree with the Shawshank Redemption being great, that movie is amazing. Gangs of New York is also really well, only watched it for the first time not too long ago. Just about anything directed by Martin Scorsese with Leo in it is amazing. That, The Departed, Shutter Island... All great. Big Lebowski. Back to the Future trilogy. Too many good movies

The Lion King, followed by the Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy, followed by The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, followed by V for Vendetta(thanks poster below for reminding me), followed by The Green Mile.
