4 below hit cap. Better to be a bit over, imo. Re-reforge your MH dagger from Exp->Hit and do Crit-Mastery on offhand. Run more heroics for H-Key to the Endless Chamber and H-Tia's Grace.

Some gimp gems, feet and and hands you might get more dps from going pure agi instead of gemming for socket bonus, consult a spreadsheet.

I would assume you can gain some dps by changing your meta gem.

Changed around some gear yesterday so a bit below the hit cap and no luck with chimeras eye's yet from fire prism's.

-Don't use the unsolvable riddle! I know it's purple, and was probably a pain in the ass to get, but it's a dps loss to Tia's, Key, And Eye. Get yourself Fluid Death asap, and tia's grace. best entry level trinkets.
-I would switch your meta to fleet or thundering, until the patch.
-Def reforge for the hit, but you know that :3
-might stats on chest. it's actually cheaper than powerful, lol. Also, enchant on hands.

Your opinion about hit, while an opinion and not fact, is actually wrong, based on fact.

Each point of hit for me, as per shadowcraft's readings, is 1.28 ep. this is a .12 ep loss for every point of mastery i have instead, as mastery is 1.16.

however, white hit for me is .67. This means every point of hit over the cap is a loss of .49 for me. So, it's better to be 4 points under, than one point under.

So, if I had his hit, I'd be losing .48 EP, which is less than half of any relevant stat, and less than a fifth of agility. In your case, you're 39 over. This is a loss of 19.11 ep. Essentially, you're losing half of a yellow gem.

Again, these stats are based on MY gear and not other people's but the difference, if any, would be insanely minimal.

I like mah purples
I bought it solely for pvp purpose and just haven't had any luck with trinkets dropping so far in hc's so it was either that or the on use from gb skardyans grace or something.

Iirc i'm only one hc away from fluid death!

You just have to be patient. I ran BRC probably close to 25 times before Jan first before the dagger dropped.

Just run Tolvir everyday in a guild run! You'll get it.

I am aware of my reforging Expertise instead of Haste, but since their EP values are very similar I chose to not get dodged or parried over faster attacks/energy regen.

Get rid of the green gem and get yourself a glinting demonseye. Get rid of Unsolvable Riddle. I also can't help but noticed you reforged Mastery -> Haste on your belt. You may be like me and did that for personal reasons, but from an optimization stand point that was a mistake.
