[A][10] Angrenost is recruting resto druid!

Hello

Our guild Angrenost from GRIM BATOL(12/12 and 10/12 in other group) is looking for exceptional resto druid to join us and progress through Cataclysm content.
We're currently raiding 1-2 days a week ( Thursday + Sunday ). Yes it doesn't seem much, but we focus on effectiveness rather than hardcore wiping And our progress proves that it works. Anyways let's focus on main subject, which is resto druid that we're looking for.
What we expect from you is:

- Knowledge of your class mechanisms pushed to the limit (stats,raid efficient)
- Good reaction time (,,The move from fire'')
- Feeling confident as a healer
- Ability to use Mumble and being vocal about things that have to be anounced (Situational, but like telling tank to pop cd because of something)
- Raid preparation which are obviously tactics, addons and consumables
- Ability to admit your mistakes (which shouldn't happened to offten :P), asking for questions when you're not sure about certain things
- Stable internet connection
- Being mature, not completely ofcourse, but know the balance!
- Being active player when it comes to discuss tactics etc.

Pluses:
- Cataclysm raiding experience
- Sense of humor !
- PvP(Arena) experience is also a big plus
