What was your first raid EVER?

i'm curious what's the reason for threads like these. they have zero information value, yet so many people feel the need to post about THEIR first instance. who's gonna read hundreds of pages of meaningless "mc! /10char" posts by anonymous nobodys? but i can laugh about it, so i guess: thanks?! :-)

I think it was UBRS. Can't remember doing any of the 5mans in a raid, when that was still possible.

UBRS, followed shortly by ZG. Didn't really get far in ZG, mainly pug raids till i joined an awesome raiding guild and cleared MC in two nights =D

but if you mean in WoW then it was 10 man Scholomance at like 56, I loved being a holy priest, had full T0 before was even 60.

Sunwell could of been there first raid... if they were either carried current content (I've seen tons of guilds carry back in sunwell for LOTS of gold, back then it was 5,000-10,000) - or they did it at 80,85,90?

Well I guess UBRS, but it didn't necessarily have that raid feeling compared to when we stepped into MC for the first time. So either of those.

Depends what we consider a raid! Started out with all the 10man raids, worked my way up to MC & Onyxia... I will never forget my first death to Onyxia. I got feared for what seemed like 2 minutes and ran through lava to my unfortunate demise.

UBRS , Strat or Scholo, I don't really remember. Then if you're talking about ACTUAL raids, it was Molten Core.

I never really got into raiding at all, but my first raid was Obsidian Sanctum shortly after I hit level 80. I did the level 80 version of Onyxia about a week later. I didn't hit 80 until patch 3.2.2 I believe.

Zul'Gurub where I got my first epic item ever - the Touch of Mar'li. Next up I managed to get the Arcanist Bindings in MC.

Defense of Crossroads in pvp against the alliance at level 45 in vanilla...

But seriously it was probably UBRS, Strath, or Scholo at 60 (back when you had to raid them 10 or 15 man) with MC being the first proper 40 man "raid".
