Molten Core. Man, that was epic and frightening (and in retrospective: annoying)!
Karazhan, started playing in vanilla but never reached 60 before TBC release.
It wasn't current content at the time, but still my first raid.
I believe I was taken to Scholomance a week before it was turned into a 5-man, when I was level 58 or something. That was my first raid ever. I can't really remember much of it, but it was glorious.

Lady Vox and Lord Nagafen
Stratholme if that counts
If not, then Molten Core
Strat would have made a beastly ''real'' raid too with some modifications. Treading thru streets of a burning city. City block after another in flames and undead everywhere. Would have probably made more immersive 1st full raid experience than Molten Core.

First raid was Zul'Gurub mid 2010. First real raid that i progessed with my guild was Dragon Soul, =/
Sweeter than yo mama's apple pie.
First time I was in a raid group was in vanilla and we was gonna go bring havoc to the hordes at crossroads, all other servers pvp'd at Tarren Mill, our server pvp'd at crossroads...
First ever PVE raid was mc
Probably nagafen's lair in Eq
Plane of Hate in EverQuest.
But in WoW terms; Karazhan. I was the off-tank on my Prot Pally. The mount dropped and I rolled a 4. Good times.
I will eat, sleep, and breathe Dark Souls 3.

Been addicted to raiding ever since
Molten core. The first I completed was zg at current content. No nerfs back then so even though bwl was out, I still felt awesome killing hakkar.
Stratholme with my 60 shaman... that time it was about putting totems only...
Still my main
I started during wrath after some of my friends that had played since vanilla needed some boost to their rooster and i rolled a mage. Ran ICC once and then i really was in the team the first tier of Cata. As a mage i was put on spellsteal duty on maloriak and i remember being so anxious about missing it that i stopped dpsing for like 5 second before he applied it just to be prepared. So i was soo low on the dps the first time.
WoTLK Naxxramas. That's the main reason it's still my favorite raid of all time.
