Not certain about those numbers and I can't be bothered to log on to make absolutely certain, if it ends up being the wrong items either change them until it works or down or just type in the name of your gloves and trinket.

It should look like this, the slot for the hand is the 10. Trinkets can`t be used with the hand tinker, because they get a cooldown during the Synape Springs and are only usable afterwards. It is the same behaviour as 2 on use trinkets.

Ah yes I forgot about this because I haven't had an on use trinket in a while.
You'll have to pick which you'd rather pop on cooldown I'm afraid ):

Yes that is the reason why i will pick the proc PVP trinket instead of the on use ;(

Let's be honest, its not exactly like frost mages are hurting for keybind spaces here.
