Help! Problem while installing WoW

Hey all
So, i`m trying to install WoW on a new computer. But, I get an installing failed message when i reach the end of the installing progress.
the WoW error i get is :

The file "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft.temp\Data.temp\enGB.temp\Interface.temp\Cinematics.temp" could not be renamed to "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft.temp\Data.temp\enGB.temp\Interface.temp\Cinematics". (ConflictManager::ResolveConflicts/1)

Any help?

Try disabling your antivirus and running the install as administrator.

Have you tried installing it before? If so the installer might be having trouble replacing the old files from the last time you installed. Trying doing a quick search to see.

ok i downloaded the Client from battle.net.
it got installed succecfully
