Help with reforging Affliction Warlock pve

I've followed the guide from Elitistjerks:

    Reforging

How you reforge will be based on the following rules:

    Are you hit capped?

Yes: Reforge any extra hit to haste where possible.
    No: Reforge mastery/crit to hit.

Does it have haste on it?

    Yes: Goto the next rule.
No: Reforge mastery/crit to haste, leave hit has it is.

Reforge mastery to crit if the above has been done.

Then what should I do reforging if Im hit capped but can't remove any hit cause I have 17% exactly.
Maybe should I reforge all crit to haste?

Maybe I'm not understanding how it works :S

BTW this is the stats priority = Int >> Hit (to cap) > Haste > Crit > Mastery

    Thanks!

For PVP you don't need 18% hit. I think it's way less, around 6% for players? I'm not positive, maybe 8%.

For PvP i'm farely sure stat priority shifts to int > haste (to pvp cap) > spell pene (to pvp cap) > haste > crit > mastery.

For PVE the information you pulled off EJ is correct. I don't get what there is to not understand.

Pretty sure he's talking about PvE.

As affliction, I generally either reforge to haste whenever I can...as long as I remain near or at the hit cap.

If it has haste/mastery or haste/crit...and I'm hit capped...I generally leave it be.

last i heard mastery was almost as good as haste for an affliction lock, at least much better then crit
