Does anyone else feel like the removal of mend rotten flesh is a big slap in the face, The encounter was fun and a little challenging, It also really set the pace and made the rest of the heroic look easy. I don't see a logical reason why the 1st boss can't be harder than the rest, I also don't see a reason to dumb down the entire encounter.
I feel like blizzard gave me something awesome, and took it away because some baddies cried it was too hard. What happened to just telling the bads to just do normals and letting the heroics be challenging again..
The alternative is to give every spec at least one good interrupt with a fairly short cooldown. That won't happen because that would put a dent in casterclysm being all about casters.
The first boss with not enough interrupts could be a huge cock block, not enough interrupts = the group falls apart right there. That's why it was removed and quite frankly I'm glad I've been there probably 5 times and only completed it twice.
