Mana drain not being removed anymore?

So, had a look at the patch notes, is it not being removed anymore?

Those are added changes is my guess, so Drain Mana is still going down the toilet

Yeap, they don't 'overdo' the previous changes, they are just added to them. I guess we can wave mana drain goodbye. Eeeh well, as they said, it was really useless in PvE and caused problems in PvP.

They just wanted to remove the only way for a lock to tackle a holy pally.

when i saw the patch notes it seemed that it was a summary of all changes, but drain mana wasn't there so im a little confused with this as well

I believe they are iterative patch notes, drain mana was removed in the last set of patches so they are not going to repeat themselves in these ones.

The patch that makes it to Live will be all-inclusive, however.
