Rejuvination and 4.0.6 Patch notes

Is it me or did anyone else notice that the 4.0.6 patch notes don't mention the mana cost reduction to Rejuvination that Blizzard said they would do just a few short days before releasing the patch notes. Did they change their minds on that, or did they just leave it out of the patch notes?

I think they said they would reduce it from 26% of base mana to 16% of base mana.

I had the same concern, but some research bore fruit. Yesterday's patchnotes were modifications/in-addition-to the previous changes mentioned (Rejuvenation reduction included). From the horse's mouth
