Blacksmith 1h Craftable Weapons

I'm still confused as to why one of two things haven't happened:

1) Mat requirements stay the same, but stats/ilvl increase to 353/359
2) Mat requirements reduce, and stats stay the same

If I recall, these items were BOE epic craftables at one point during beta, so what gives? I've not seen anything in the patch notes to indicate that this is being addressed, and given the shit-stained loot table for casters in raids right now, you'd think there would be a more concerted effort to either offer more options or reduce manufacturing costs. I mean, the 1h craftable caster mace is 346 and uses more expensive mats than the epic chests/belts

Im sad its no craftable epic weapons, wouldt mind if they were to implent BoE or BoP weapons.

Im fine with all weapons being blue heroic quality, but their mats needed to be reduced, they cost more than any epic gear and you can find similar or better pieces in heroics.
