Leveling a warlock again atm, and got some questions:
do i need to put the 5% crit debuff on the target before applying corruption?
Do i need to refresh corruption under 25%
is it worth prepotting for a stronger corruption entire fight or does it get resetted after the pot (updated)
Is fel flame (4) set worth casting with the new patch?
guessing my self all of the above is true but havent played lock in a while

- Crit rolling corruption (pre pot, crit debuffs before corruption), does not work anymore. Corruption gets updated to the current crit situation with every haunt refresh.
- I suppose you mean deaths embrace and therefor below 25%. At this point all dots need to be refreshed to do an additional 12% dmg, however you can simply refresh corruption with haunt and it will profit from those 12%. I hope they will fix this sometime.
- Fel flame is not even worth it with the new patch, if you can get the best offset pieces.
