Caster cloaks, where are they?

Is it just me, or is it way to few caster cloaks from 80 - 85 ( Blue ones ) go into your auction house and search for cloaks and what do ya see? melee melee tank melee melee, not even a healer cloak ._. so is it just me or are there way to few?

There's only one BoE blue dps caster cloak between 80 and 85, Vertigo Cloak, so that's probably why you aren't seeing many in the AH. However there are a few others you could get: Ancient Beth'moran Cloak, Shadow of Perfect Bliss, and Stonebinder's Cloak. There's also Cloak of Ancient Wisdom from Earthen Ring rep at 85.
