Moonkin: Mastery VS Crit

This is not a poll, just a simple question. The Moonkin Guide Sticky in the Druid forums says currently, critical strike is just slightly better than mastery for a DPS increase. Now with Total Eclipse being increased from a base percentage of 12 to 16%, will Mastery become the better stat.
I personally wouldn't really miss crit. There's not enough on most players' gear right now that anyone would be sad to have to reforge it for increased dps, not like Wrath were everyone and their mothers had 40% crit it seemed.

Mastery will be slightly better then crit in 4.0.6

Don't forget aswell that stacking intellect gives you some crit aswell, so you're getting crit anyways
