We are looking to fill our experienced member base with new recruits, who are looking to enjoy the game in a casual and enjoyable environment, whilst pushing for progression in end game content, on a reduced weekly raiding calender.
We are a group made up from a a variety of different guilds and backgrounds, most of us playing since Vanilla days and completing all the content and challenges available in that time. We are now looking to raid 10 man raiding zones, pushing for progression whilst being in a more casual environment.
[What Is Expected Of You]
Whilst gear is not a major factor - we do expect recruits to have made the best possible effort to obtain gear available to them from professions, instances, heroics, raids and any available sources - correctly enchanted and gemmed for the spec you are applying on. We expect recruits to:
* Know how to listen and respond to information and instruction being given over Ventrilo
* Prepare for new instances and asily adapt to new strategies and bosses
* Be reliable with your attendance and performance
* Have computer hardware can cope with the increasing graphical demands of some encounters
* Have an internet connection is stable
* Know what a fire is and when to move from it!
We currently raid minimum 3 nights a week, with Friday and Saturday being our off nights. Attendance-wise we expect applicants to be able to raid 3 nights per week out of the possible 5 nights a week. During progression we will usually look to use as much time in the week as possible. We start invites at 20:00-20:15 server time and start the first pull by 20:30, finishing at around 00:00.
