TACT - 3 Nights/Week - 12/12 with HLK/TOGC Realm First, Late Night raiding guild

TACT is a group of dedicated raiders who have been raiding together for over a year, and split off onto it's own to raid in a true limited drama environment Many of us have hardcore raiding experience dating as far back as AQ40/Naxx, while also more modern accomplishments, Sunwell pre-nerf, Server Firsts throughout WotLK, and continuing that into Cataclysm.

We are a late night hardmode focused raiding guild on the Thrall server. We have captured all possible Realm First! achievements with our old guild NightShift. Our core group is a very experienced adult crew, with raiders dating back to classic who just recently left the guild NightShift due to excessive drama in which was solely due to the lack of "Tact" our GM had.. but do not get us wrong, this is not a joke guild to get back at our old GM, we have 90% of our old group 1 core raiders (minus the drama) but we still have a heavy desire for keeping our realm first titles inTACT!

We are currently 12/12 in 25 normals working on hardmodes.

Our Raid Times:
Tuesday - Group 1 - 25 man Raid night 11pm - EST
Wednesday - Group 1 - 25 man Raid night 11pm - EST
Thursdays - Group 1 - 25 man Raid night 11pm - EST
We are in the works to be having a 10 or 25 man raiding team for the weekend as well, we will keep everyone up to date on this as more unravels.

We ask that you please make sure you are on 15 minutes before raid start, with consumables, ready to go.

TACT is done by loot council, and the loot will be distributed evenly among those who we feel are doing their best job with what they have and who deserves it the most. Our objective is to get people evenly geared that are dedicated to raiding and thus progressing the guild as a whole. When a boss is killed, all drops will then be linked via raid chat. The master looter will then link each piece for looting, first for mainspec, then for offspec, then it will be d/e'd for guild crystals. When you want an item, you need to link your CURRENT piece of gear, whether or not it is a wishlisted item, and what type of upgrade it is. MS-Mainspec OS-Offspec WL-Wishlist. More on Wish Listing items will be located on our guild forms once you become raider status and are able to create one.

The guild that ALL of us derive from has achieved 12/12 Heroic ICC 25 and 10 man with server first and the only Heroic LK kill on the server along with server first Frostwyrms in both 10 and 25. Heroic Halion 25 and 10 down as well as Server First Insanity 5/5 TOGC Grand Crusader, Ironbounds+Alg, Black Drakes.

We are looking for any class that can prove themselves to be a good player, and a willingness to push for a continuation of our server firsts here on thrall.

Our current recruitment needs with emphasis are:
1-2 Tanks - Dps offspec is a plus here.
Healers with great awareness and throughput.
DPS, Ranged and Melee with great numbers and awareness.

Expectations:
Our best members are passionate about their classes and roles. They are constantly looking for ways to improve, take constructive criticism objectively, and always consider the guild's priorities over their own personal glory. They are prepared to adapt to random situations they may encounter and have no issues with being aware of their surroundings. If you think you have the talent and attitude to belong in a stable progression-focused guild, we would love to see an application from you.
