I don't want to sound like an ass, but you should probably reroll fire or frost since arcane is significantly worse than either of them.

serious?! omg lol i had a feeling i was behind. when i was doing 25m icc tho arcane was smiled upon and they said i did good deeps...well could u help me a little more maybe show me a spec so i know what to put my points in? and also i will need a rotation and what stats do i go for is it the same? ive never played fire before. thanks!

fire is better per simcraft for raiding on standstill fights and really pulls ahead in movement and AoE fights (which there are a decent amount of currently)

^^ link has good talent builds, haste plateaus, stat scaling, gem/enchanting info, pretty much all that you need.

There's the frost guide if you want to try that out. But like Potato said fire is ahead of frost a bit on single target fights. AoE fights is what fire really rocks at though.
Keep in mind though this latest patch is shaking up the frost tree, so fire might be your best bet.

I really like frost, so sad it's getting nerfed in 4.06 :[ still use it while I can, but there's just something about moving scorch that is just so appealing
