Any help with my internet would be appreciated

I'm running a Tiscali ( i know, its a fail provider ) 10 Meg connection, and for the last few months its been cutting out.
I have a Seimens Gigaset SE587WLAN dsl router.
What happens seeminly at random the internet will cut out and the light on the router are:



Power Lan 1 Lan 2 Lan 3 Lan 4 WLan ADSL Online


The ADSL, WLAN lights will go out just after the Online light will turn orange.
This will then take a few minutes to reset.
It will occasionaly occur that all the lights go out exept the Power light which will go Red.

I've replaced filters and looked on the net to see if there was something simular, to no avail.

Anyone with any ideas other than switching ISP?
It's really starting to hack me off.
Any other info needed ask me.. just please help =[

Call the company, get an engineer to come out, ????, profit.

Tiscali no longer exist as a company, they became Talk Talk with tiscli being under that name.
Plus i'd like something that dosnt involve having to phone/get someone out. My dads being a bit of a dick about the situation and wont switch ISP.
