4.0.3 & Beyond: Owlkin Frenzy Uptime???

Ive been looking around (Specifically moonkin repository, EJ, Official and here) for possible anecdotes/ actual logs of 3/3 Owlkin Frenzy Uptime in the current tier of raids as well as heroic content. If you played around with or have come across this topic before please do me a solid and leave me with what you know.Thanks in advance.

I currently have 3/3 Owlkin Frenzy and so far I've only killed Ascendance Council and Cho'gall while I specced for it, have respectively 8,1% uptime on ascendance council and 1,9% on Cho'gall
