gotta agree with sabrelime here but in all honesty..i dont even have shiv on my bars.. it has no use and with the speed of daggers your auto attack generally procs anesthetic if your on dispell duty. also if your basing your dps off heroics only, of course it will be lower than raids if your not running with a decent group that covers vital buffs.

Anesthetic was removed; you have to use shiv to dispel an enrage.
