Okay guys, tomorrow I'm planning on spending the day farming wildhammer reputation. I was wondering how much rep you get per instance on average.

Is it even possible to hit exalted from revered in a day?

If no one knows I'll try and get a list of the heroics and how much rep i get tomorrow.

You can get excalted with all factions with tabards in 1 day.
Rep gained per instance should be nerfed imo, way too easy

you get about 3k rep per dungeon, obviously less or more depending on size, HoO, or halls of reputation as it's known is obviously the best for rep.

It's EASILY doable to level from revered to exalted in a day. You just need to do instances loaded with trash. Deadmines used to be awesome, then Devs decided to reduce the amount of trash.. yaaaay........

Don't quote me on this, but I think Shadowfang's the one that rewards you with the most rep. It has a lot of trash.

With a solid group, I think Throne of Tides farming could be some decent xp/hour grinding. It's a short instance with little to no trash.
