Portal Jockey

OK so today me and my guild went for the icc10 achievements for the drake on alts.We pretty much oneshoted everything on heroic and did all the achieves except one :

PORTAL JOCKEY.

We assigned 3 marks to go in the portals everytime they appreared,the fight went smooth ,portal phases executed perefectly.When we wore ready to heroism on the last set of portals : the marks go in they come out and valythria is healed to 100% and BAM no achievement whatsoever...
I do not know what exactly happened there but it was very stupid considering everything was in place and well executed we still didnt get the achievement.

is it a bug ? was something wrong ? can blizzard do something about it ?

No it's not a bug.

The problem with portal jockey is you have to go in every single portal phase. What always happens is she opens new portals right before she is fully healed but no one goes in them because she's about to be topped off. You have to go in that last set, even if shes only 1 heal from the fight being over or you won't get the achievement.
