Beyond the Thunderdome is competitive progression based 10 man raiding guild. Currently we are looking for backups to our primary group and for members to fill out a second 10 man group.

What we expect:
We are by no means a hardcore or cut-throat guild, we love to have fun and joke with each other. However, when we are raiding we expect everyone to be serious and focus on the content.
We expect all our members to be able to play their characters as well as they can while still being able to maintain awareness of their surroundings. If you're the one person who is always standing in the fire or standing in front of the giant dragon shooting purple flames at you, this isn't the guild for you.

When we raid:
We raid 3 nights a week. Currently our raid times are 8:45-12 Tuesday and Thursday and 7:45-12 on Sunday.
We require our raiders to be ready to go at raid times with flasks, food, knowledge of the content a good attitude.
We do understand that people can't always be available 100% of the time due to extenuating circumstances However, if you must miss a raid, ensure someone knows ahead of time. No one wants to sit around waiting for you.

What we need:
Currently recruitment is open to any skilled and intelligent players with excellent raid awareness who want to progress quickly in Cataclysm content.

We expect people who intend to raid to have an average item level of 346 and have experience with raiding. Knowing Cataclysm raids is a plus.
