Kick people after the instance is finished

Dear MMO-ers,

My proposal is very simple.
I just had a great group via the LFG system, so we wanted to continue but werent able to queue because a hunter went offline.
Because we finished the instance we were not able to kick him and when you queue into a new instance it says: [21:32:30] One or more party members are pending invites or disconnected.

So my proposal: Let us kick people after an instance is finished!
