No achievement for second 525 profession

Hey guys, I just leveled Alchemy on my Goblin shaman to 525, and I did not get the Working around the clock achievement for raising 2 professions to 525. I have not leveled any other profs before this and Herbalism. Could it be connected to the fact that the Goblin Racial gives a +15 to alchemy? I also leveled the last five by making a Lifebound Alchemist Stone. Please reply.

yes it will be awarded when you hit 540
it did the same thinfg to me on my druid for herbing

It doesn't count your racial bonus pretty much.

There is a similar issue with profession related bonuses, such as Skinning with Worgen where in order to gain it you need raise the skill in the profession to a number equal to the required amount plus the racial bonus.
Seems that only the base skill is counted, without any bonus permanant or not.
