Small gearing question relating to PVP vs PVE gear for PVE

So I have this 333 cloak from Guardians of Hyjal rep.

Stats:
224 stam
149 int
100 spirit
100 mastery

I just got this pvp cloak, 365 ilevel, Vicious Gladiator's Drape of Meditation
Stats:
301 stam
201 int
134 spirit
134 resilience

Of course, I cannot reforge the resil.

So my choice is 52 int and 34 spirit vs 100 mastery (which I can reforge to haste or crit).

Which would you all wear?

I am strongly inclined to wear the PVP cloak. I also put a relatively expensive enchant on it, +50 intellect vs +30 on my 333 cloak, but that could easily be rectified so it has no bearing on my decision.
