Lower stats with gear that has +55 Int on it. [HELP?! - Pics]

SO I have an interesting situation on my hands and was hoping maybe someone could explain what im missing here.

I have 2 Chest pieces currently that I use for PvE the.

The First One - Less Intellect:

You can see the stat comparison per piece of gear and literally nothing else is changing and yet I have slower Int, Mana and Spell power with the chest with +55 int.

well one thing i notice is that you have gems perhaps your meta gem is being disabled

It took me a second to see what you're talking about.

The piece with more INT on it is actually showing less INT than the other piece on your stat sheet.

I have no idea why, it must be a bug. (just a guess)

It's also strange that the piece showing less INT actually shows more crit.

It must be the yellow gem you lose deactivating your meta.
