Roll for Blame is an Alliance raiding guild on the Arygos realm that is currently 2/13H in Cata. We have 3 ten man groups that each run two nights a week from between 9pm-1am server time. We are a close-knit, mature group that like to have fun with our raiding - while still downing bosses. We strive for a guild with minimal drama, and have no tolerance for mean-spirited or derogatory comments.
What is expected from all of our raiders:
-A stable internet connection.
-A computer that can handle current content without issues.
-A mature and drama-free attitude.
-A great sense of humor.
-The ability to take criticism. If you are performing badly, we'll tell you... it's what you do with criticism that's important.
-80% attendance or more from our raiders.
-Working mic and Mumble. Yes we grew tired of Ventrilo and the ability to talk and communicate during raids is important.
-In-depth knowledge of your class. Those unwilling to educate themselves should apply elsewhere.
-We require a minimum of 346 ilvl PvE gear(yes that means grind out heroics for your BiS pre raid)Fully enchanted, socketed, Gemmed (Beltbuckle + All Rare gems) – we do expect you to get best possible enchants available non maelstrom.
-Show up to raid being ready to raid (this means flasks,food,etc and having researched fights and watched them on our website links).
-Providing a link to recent log, parses or a screenshot of recount is an added bonus and may help move your application along.
