Desktop Theme

Anyone know how to make a Desktop Theme like this:

I saw this on another thread and I thought it looked really nice.

Side thing is called rainmeter, the bottom thing is called object dock. With a little patience, you can make some neat desktops like so

Download rainmeter. The media player is called WMP controller:

I don't know what the clock is, although it shouldn't be too hard to mimic.
The circles around the start orb are another rainmeter theme, called circles or something. I forget the exact name.

He edited the start orb to get the circle around it while removing the taskbar. You can perhaps look for it, although he may have skinned it himself.

Finally the dock is object dock so really the second poster was right on every regard.

I like it but I cant find a skin for my start button and menu and if anyone can find or know one that will be cool if you can share it that matches my theme. Also post on how to set it up cuz I dont know how to do that either :P

For a start orb I would browse around on deviant art or customization websites.
Skinning itself is quite simple and you will be able to find a guide fairly easy through Google.

The question is how I remove it from taskbar and have it anywhere on the screen?

I found one and it looks like this:
