    Bypassing a blocked network.

Hey, does anyone know a way to be able to play wow on a network that has, say port 3724 blocked? I've heard some things about connecting to a proxy server or whatever. I am just trying to set up wow on my work laptop and I work long hours and usually need breaks from long days where I need to be in the office a while. But my network has the port blocked or something, i can run the game but it won't actually connect to the server.

    Thanks

the best thing to do is talk to your network admins about opening up the ports, if this is not an option you really don’t wanna start messing around with proxys on your works network. A compromised network with you to blame could land you in a lot of trouble. thats just my 2 cents. you shouldnt be playing WoW in work anyway :P
