Quite a disappointing movie, though it must be said; The guy who plays the German fella in the movie is just made for roles like these, a true creepy ass lookin' dude.

NO. This movie is the worst move I have ever seen, it is sick and twisted in a bad way, I almost threw up watching this sick disgusting garbage.
I advise anyone who has not seen it, Please do not watch this movie! Forget that you ever heard about and move on with your life.

First, i thought Saw was as depraved as a film could be. Then I saw this and this was the most repulsive thing i had ever watched. Until i saw Audition. Then i thought that THAT movie was as horrifying as it could get. But then some dudes from eastern europe made a movie called, "A Serbian Film." I am very confident that no one will make anything more disgusting than that, mostly because there is literally no where else to go outside of REAL snuff/rape films. A Serbian Film will traumatize you. It's a good movie with a strong cast of good actors, very good writing, an interesting and original plot. But it will be the most uncomfortable and grueling 2 hours of your life.

Seriously such kind of movies should be banned from even being shown to mature audience . It is disgusting and an utter nonsence.

Looks too silly to be torture. Attaching peoples mouthes to other peoples buttholes just seems like a twisted porn director's idea. Doesn't seem scary or disgusting... Just... Meh.
Then again, I've seen a lot via the internet, so I'm immune to this sort of stuff.

Do not watch this movie if you don't think you have the stomach for it, are faint of heart, or get easily sick.
You might not sleep well at night for a long time. It's a sick movie for the sick minded.
That's just my advice.
