Advices for our 3v!

Alright guys, our setup is (R)ogue(M)age(S)haman.
Rogue - Assasination
Mage - Frost
Shaman - Resto
--------------------------
Rogue - 2.7k Resilience
Mage - 3k+ Resilience
Shaman 1.5k Resilience
--------------------------
We are having the most problems with the 3x DPS teams. Its pretty annoying of em just jumping on one of us and raping the F out of us.
Mostly they going for our healer, pop all theyr CDs on the DPS for the CCs and stuff so we cant peel them of our healer.
2x DPS 1xHealer Teams are pretty easy. -Call target for DPS -Make the healer busy -Switch target = Kill = Win

We are on about 1.7k rating just started its our first week.
So if you guys got any nice tips or advices itll be much appreciated to read em.

Also what do you think, should the Rogue go for more PvE Gear for higher the bigger burst, what about the mage? More PvE or more PvP?
Should the shamy go for full recilience-geared or stay in some of his PvE Epics?

Why does your healer only have 1.5k res? That seems to be the most glaring issue here.
